How It Works
- When you call RoadsideXpress for a jump start, a customer service representative will answer the phone (no holding and no automated calls!). You will give them your basic vehicle information and vehicle location. After that they will dispatch a technician to your vehicle location.
- When our technician arrives at your location they will have all the tools needed to jump start your car. Your service technician will clean your vehicles battery terminals and use a jump pack to get your vehicle started.
- Once your vehicle is started the RoadsideXpress technician will double check that your vehicles alternator is charging the battery and that your battery terminals are clean and tight before seeing you off.
