I called the company for a jump on my car. Foolishly I left my hazard lights on all night, and it killed my battery. I called the establishment at 11:37am, and asked what would be the time in which I could receive a jump. A representative quoted me 30mins. I then at 11:55 made the order. Afterwards I waited until 12:27pm just to get a ETA. There was no answer, and again i called at 12:28pm, 33 mins after the order to follow up. I was then quoted 45 mins and was told the tech would call me. 45 mins past and the tech did not show up or call. About 50-55 mins past and your tech finally called and said he would be there by 1:15pm 1 hour and 20 mins after the quoted time. At 1:01 I called to cancel because I was misquoted and lied to multiple times however, no one answered. I then called again at 1:02 and finally someone answered This is 1 hour and 7 mins after the service was ordered.

It gets worse the representative was nasty, verbally aggressive, and told me he would not return my money. I dispute the charge with PayPal, the representative tried to lie and say that I canceled a few mins after placing the order. I called him once again to which he spew they same verbal aggression he had before. He states he never take a job that would take that long. I allowed him to yell, and reference proof I had to the contrary of what he was trying to falsify. I am guessing knowing he was caught he promised to refund my money. Well he still refused via PayPal until PayPal had to aware the case in my favor.

I wouldn’t suggest you use this company. The male representative is extremely rude, and a liar. And they will take your money regardless if they complete the service or not.
